City of Wilmington issued the following announcement on Apr. 2.
Will County Health Department is operating a COVID vaccine clinic in Wilmington at the St. Rose School located at 626 S. Kankakee Street in Wilmington. To schedule your appointment, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on any available timeslot. (Open times are shown in
green)
2. Enter this voucher code: WILMINGTON (Please note that the
code is case sensitive)
3. Click ‘Add to Cart’.
4. Fill in all information required with an *.
5. When all the information is entered, please click ‘submit’
6. You will need to download your ticket to get your bar code.
You can either print the barcode or keep it on your
smartphone.
It’s very important that you do not share the registration link or the voucher code with anyone. Appointments are required. There will be no walk-up registration.
Please arrive in your time slot. DO NOT arrive early! People arriving early will cause a backup in the entry line.
You will need to bring the following items to enter:
1. Ticket with your barcode. This can either be printed or stored
on your smartphone.
2. Proper Identification (Illinois Driver’s License, Illinois State ID
card, Passport, etc.). No exceptions will be allowed.
