Here is the minutes provided by the agency:

1. Call to Order.

The meeting was called to order at 1900 hours by Director John Robinson.

2. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

3. Roll Call.

Regular Members present: Dave Krivickas, Jim Riley, John Robinson, and Regina Robinson.

Member(s) Absent: Adrienne Byrne, Jim Kinstedt, and Bill Lionhood, Sam Scapaletto, and Steve Spear.

Probationary Member(s) Present: Jim Sullivan

Also Present:

4. Minutes.

a) The minutes of the October 1 meeting were read by Lt. Riley and a motion to approve was made by Cpl. Krivickas and seconded by Off. Sullivan. Passed.

b) The minutes of the November 5 meeting were read by Lt. Riley and a motion to approve was made by Cpl. Krivickas and seconded by Off. Robinson. Passed.

c) Lt. Riley thanked Off. Robinson for taking the minutes in October.

5. Public Comment. None.

6. Reports and Communications from Staff.

a) Coordinator: No report.

b) Training Officer: No report.

c) Facility: No report.

d) Equipment: Dir. Robinson is doing an inventory of our vehicles to see if we need to replace or add anything.

e) Communications: Dir. Robinson is getting quotes on four new radios.

f) Vehicles: Dir. Robinson reported he is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

7. Old Business.

a) Previous Events:

None.

b) Callouts:

None.

8. New Business.

a) Upcoming Events: December 5, Christmas Parade, 1315-1615. Lt. Riley and Cpl. Krivickas report to EOC by 1230. Off. Sullivan if available. Dir. Robinson presented a map of the route.

b) Mutual Aid: No report.

9. Adjournment: 1919
