Here is the minutes provided by the agency:

1. Call to Order. 

The meeting was called to order at 1900 hours by Director John Robinson. 

2. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. 

3. Roll Call. 

Regular Members present: Adrienne Byrne, Jim Kinstedt, Jim Riley, John Robinson, Regina Robinson, and Sam Scapaletto. 

Member(s) Absent: Bill Lionhood, Dave Krivickas, and Steve Spear. 

Probationary Member(s) Present: Jim Sullivan 

Also Present: 

4. Minutes. 

a) No minutes were read. 

5. Public Comment. None. 

6. Reports and Communications from Staff. 

a) Coordinator: No report. 

b) Training Officer: No report. 

c) Facility: No report. 

d) Equipment: Dir. Robinson is installing slots in the drawers on 4186 to keep the equipment organized. 

e) Communications: Dir. Robinson reported four new radios are on the way via the CARES act. 

f) Vehicles: Dir. Robinson reported that our new 4186 is in service and pistons on the overhead doors have been replaced. There is money in the budget for new vehicles, possibly a trailer or squad. 

7. Old Business.

a) Previous Events: 

None. 

b) Callouts: 

October 27, Diesel fuel leak in Frankfort. 4107 and 4108 responded. 

8. New Business. 

a) Upcoming Events: December 5, Christmas Parade, 1300-1600. Report to EOC by 1215. 

b) Mutual Aid: No report. 

9. Adjournment: 1922
