1. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 20-048, an Ordinance Waiving 2021 Business License Fees in the Village of Homer Glen.

3. Consider for Approval Ordinance 20-050, an Ordinance Reducing 2021 Video Gaming License Fees by Twenty-Five (25%) Percent.

6. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 20-052, an Ordinance Amending §83-68 of the Homer Glen Code, Decreasing the Number of Class F Liquor Licenses by Two (Best Pizza on Bell Road Inc.) d.b.a. Kenootz Pizza, (The Original Mr. Beef of Orland Park Inc.) d.b.a. The Original Mr. Beef and Decreasing the Number of Class A Liquor Licenses by One (Purple Onion Inc.) d.b.a. Purple Onion Restaurant.

7. Consider for Approval the Village Branding Project Add-On Scope to Initiate Rollout of the New Village Marketing Brand in the Not-to-Exceed Amount of $6,490.00.

8. Consider for Approval a Motion to Waive the Formal Bidding Process and Accept the Proposed Agreement from Touch of Green for the Construction of a Retaining Wall at the Evlyn’s Gate North Park, in the amount of $36,319.00.

9. Consider for Approval a Reduction of the Performance Bond for the Shorewood Home & Auto development to the new amount of $158,651.80, in accordance with Village Code.

10. Consider for Approval the Plats of Easement Vacation for Lot 19 and Lot 20 in the Mallard Lakes Estates Subdivision.
