1. Webex Training for County Board Members
(Mike Shay)
Mr. Jeff Gallagher, Director of Internal Sales and Operations for Webex Teams gave an overview to Board Members and staff on how Webex works for meetings and the various functions.
Mr. Ralph Schultz and Ms. Denise Steffen reviewed the procedures for the Forest Preserve meeting on April 9th.
Ms. Moira Dunn and Mrs. Beth Adams reviewed the procedures for the Executive Committee meeting on April 9th.
Mrs. Tatroe reminded Board Members to avoid possible Open Meeting violations have no conversations until the meeting was called to order.
