Seeking Board consideration of a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Plan Commission as the findings of fact of the Board of Trustees and, furthermore, to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an ordinance granting approval of the special use for a planned development for the development referred hereto as the Plainfield Hotel Mixed Use Development located at 15024 S. Des Plaines Street, subject to the stipulations noted in the staff report.
