The City of Joliet Police Department issued the following announcement on May 17.
@IDOT_Illinois announced that the below listed Joliet Des Plaines River bridges will require work in May and will be CLOSED. Plan for alternate routes & expect delays.
Jefferson St Bridge = May 18-22
McDonough St Bridge = May 26-29
