Here is the agenda provided by the board:

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: APPROVAL February 20, 2020 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES.

4. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS:

NOTE: There is a new temporary procedure for public speaking. Details can be found on the Joliet.gov "Meeting Agendas, Minutes, & Videos" web page. In-person public speaking is temporarily suspended.

This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding items listed on the agenda, except for items listed under Public Hearing. Anyone speaking on an agenda item is entitled to speak for a maximum of 4 minutes. It is not a question and answer period and staff and the Zoning Board of Appeals do not generally respond to public comments. Please note speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak.

a. PETITION 2020-13: A series of Variations to allow reconstruction of a single-family house, located at 319 S. Joliet Street.

b. PETITION 2020-14: A Variation of Use to allow the addition of one residential unit (total 3 units) an R-4 (multi-family residential) use in an R-3 (one and two family residential) zoning district and series of Variations, located at 562 N. Eastern Avenue.

c. REPEAL PETITION 1988-01: Variation of Use and a Variation to allow an appliance repair business with retail sales (B-3 use) in an existing structure, located at 562-564 N. Eastern Avenue.

d. PETITION 2020-15: A Variation of Use to allow a B-3 (general business) use in an R-2 (single family) and R-3 (one and two family residential) district and a Special Use Permit to allow the continuation of a U-Haul rental business, located at 324 Pleasant Street. **PETITION HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN**

e. PETITION 2020-16: A Special Use Permit to allow a tire repair and service facility, located at 1301 Route 59.

f. PETITION 2020-17: A Variation of Use to allow reconstruction of a commercial garage in a residential zoning district and a series of Variations, located at 707 Algonquin Street.

g. PETITION 2020-18: A series of Variations to allow the addition of a second floor on an existing single-family house, located at 423 Cleveland Avenue.
