Naperville (DuPage County) home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 19.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Naperville in March 2019.
