Aurora (Will County) home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Aurora in Will County fell by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 40.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 15.3% decrease over the $265,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Aurora in May 2018.
