Monee home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Monee fell by $29,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 15.5% decrease over the $192,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Monee in May 2018.
