Lockport home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Lockport rose by $17,750 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,250 - a 9.4% increase over the $188,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Lockport in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Lockport for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,797, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
