Wilmington home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Wilmington rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,500 - a 6.4% increase over the $163,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Wilmington in August 2018.
