The City of Joliet Police Department issued the following announcement on Jan. 17.
Yes, we know it's snowing & the roads are slippery. Check out this info from Joliet Public Works & Roadways Departments about their Winter Operations plan. Please remember Joliet is over 65 square miles and has over 600 miles of roadways to maintain.
