Beecher Community Unit School District 200U Board met Nov. 6.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 pm with committee members, Liz Dousias; chairman, Larry Hermen and J. Karla Wcisel were present.
Others in attendance: Brad Cox, Marla Heldt
There was no Public Comment.
Superintendent Cox provided additional information to the financial projection for the committee specifically individual funds. Discussion took place. Several questions of clarifications were addressed to Mr. Cox.
Mr. Cox provided the 2019 Tentative Levy to the committee. Discussion took place. The committee will have further discussion with the full Board before recommending the Tentative Levy in the total amount of $8,674,618.00 at the November 13, 2019, meeting.
The 2019 School Audit was reviewed. Mr. Cox answered several committee questions. He informed the committee that one of the school auditors will attend the regular board meeting and present the audit.
There was no Public Comment.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 pm.
