BOARD COMMENTS

Highway Commissioner Bill Carlson informed the board that all the road projects will be complete in a week and a half, weather permitting. Supervisor Moustis asked Commissioner Carlson about the dangerous bump on St. Frances Road and Harlem. Supervisor Moustis commented that a warning sign is needed.

Clerk Nella Piccolin announced she will be attending clerk certification classes from Township of Illinois. She will also be attending a meeting at the village for the U.S. Census.

Trustee Smith will be attending the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Mokena Chamber of Commerce. The new office is on Front Street and the event is from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. this Thursday.

Supervisor Moustis reported that the blue building which the court occupies needs work for it to be in compliance with state law by January 1st. Needed is an A.D.A. accessible room for members of the public to privately breast feed and it must also have a changing station. We would like to do the work for this project in-house.

ADJOURNMENT

Trustee George made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Griffin seconded the motion.

Upon taking the vote, all members voted aye, nays, none.

Motion carried. The meeting closed at 7:18 p.m.
