Frankfort Township Board met Sept. 23.

The following are the minutes of the regular public meeting of the Board of Town (Township) Trustees of the Town (Township) of Frankfort, Will County, Illinois, which was held at the Frankfort Town (Township) Hall, 11000 W. Lincoln Highway, Frankfort, Illinois at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2019.

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by James Moustis.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by ,Laura Miroballi Trustee.

Upon the roll being called the following Trustees answered present:

Moustis, Twp. Supervisor Miroballi

Griffin George

Smith A quorum was declared present.

Also present were the following:

C. Stipan - Deputy Township Clerk Hugh Stipan - Frankfort Ted Westerberg, Frankfort Square

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Motion was made by Smith to approve the Bi-monthly Minutes from the Monday, September 9, 2019 meeting and seconded by Griffin. Upon taking the vote, all members voted aye. Nays, none. Motion carried. 

APPROVAL OF BILLS

Motion was made by George and seconded by Miroballi to approve the Bill's List as presented for the September 23, 2019 meeting. The following roll call was taken:

Miroballi - aye 

George - aye

Smith - aye 

Moustis - aye

REPORTS 

Assessor -. None

Highway Commissioner -

Supervisor - None Trustees - Dave Smith shared that Felix George is the new Supervisor of DuPage Township.

COLLECTOR - POLICE REPORT 

None

OLD BUSINESS 

None

NEW BUSINESS

The first meeting in October is cancelled due to the Columbus Day Holiday. The next Town Board Meeting will be October 28, 2019.

ADJOURNMENT 

Smith made a motion to adjourn. George seconded the motion. Upon taking the vote, all members voted aye, nays, none. Motion carried. The meeting closed at 7:02 p.m.
