City of Wilmington City Council met Nov. 19.

V. Mayor’s Report

1. Mayor’s Recognition of Bobcat Lightweight Football Super Bowl Champs, Superlight Cheerleaders 1st Place in Conference Cheer Competition and Lightweight Cheerleaders 1st Place in Conference Cheer Competition

2. The Offices at City Hall will be closed November 28 & 29 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday

3. The last Waste Management yard waste pickup is Friday, November 29, 2019. The program will resume on April 2, 2020.

4. One Hour Extension for Liquor Licenses on Wednesday, November 27 and Tuesday, December 31

5. Approve Resolution No. 2019-07 – Resolution Designating Meeting Dates and Times and Holiday Observances in 2020 for the Corporate Authorities and Commissions of the City of Wilmington
