Channahon Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.
The program was developed to assist the homeowners of Channahon with the expense of replacing their parkway tree(s) when the tree(s) has been removed due to damage, insect infestation, disease or death. If your parkway tree has been removed and you would like to be part of this year's 50/50parkway tree replacement program, please contact the Public Works Department at 815-467-6644 by September 30, 2019.
