3. Approve an ordinance regulating Donation/Collection Boxes within the City of Braidwood

D. Public Health & Safety –

1. Approve an Ordinance authorizing the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Braidwood and the Reed-Custer School District 255U for a Police Resource Officer

2. Approve Resolution authorizing the City of Braidwood to enter into a Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk., and Indemnification Agreement with the Wilmington Police Department for use of its Gun Range

3. Approve Ordinance amending Section 58-169 of Braidwood Code of Ordinances; Open Burning.
