I. ROLL CALL:

PRESENT: Mayor Robert O'Dekirk, Councilman Don "Duck" Dickinson, Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, Councilman Larry E. Hug,

The Interim City Manager gave a brief overview of this Council Memo.

The petitioner's attorney, Michael Hansen, addressed the Council to clarify that the annexation agreement at 25722 Caton Farm Road does not include a development fees due to the numerous upgrades necessary to bring this property up to City code. Kendall Jackson - Director of Community Development confirmed there will not be a Development Impact Fee assessed to this annexation.
