I. CALL TO ORDER
President Mr Walsh called the Special Session Board Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Thefollowing board members were present: Mr. Walsh, Mrs. Bosonetta, Mr. Lipke, Mr. Kritchten and Mr. Stasiak. Also present was Ms. Pezanoski. Thefollowing board members were absent: Mrs. Stipanovich

Per 105 ILCS 5/10-6 and 105 ILCS 5/10-4 to interview and appoint a new board member Motion made by Mr. Lipke and seconded by Mr. Kruchten to move the special session board meeting to a closed session. Voice Votes: Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Abstained: 0 Absent:
VI. ACTION ON CLOSED SESSION
VII ADJOURNMENT
Motion made by Mr. Lipke and seconded by Mr. Kruchten to adjourn the Special Session Board Meeting at 5:31 p.m.
