Rep. Batinick is a sponsor or co-sponsor on seven active bills in the Senate, 20 in the House

Rep. Mark Batinick (R-97) is a sponsor or co-sponsor on 27 active bills, with 20 of those bills still in the House and the remaining seven in the Senate, according to the Illinois General Assembly website.

All 27 of these bills have seen action in the past two months.

Batinick is the sponsor on four bills, all of which originated in the House.

Batinick is co-sponsoring 23 bills that were introduced by other members of the state legislature. Batinick is currently sponsoring four bills introduced by Rep. David McSweeney (R-52). No other legislator is the chief sponsor of more Batinick-sponsored bills than McSweeney.
