The following actions were taken on Feb. 6 in the House on House bill HR80 ("first public act in il"): "Resolution Adopted" and "Added Chief Co-Sponsor Rep. Grant Wehrli".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Tim Butler (R-87) on Feb. 4, "commemorates the passage of the first Public Act in Illinois on February 4, 1819," according to the General Assembly website.

The following house representatives also co-sponsored the bill: John Connor (D-85), Camille Y. Lilly (D-78), Grant Wehrli (R-41) and Keith R. Wheeler (R-50).
