Custer Park home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Custer Park fell by $126,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,000 - a 68.1% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Custer Park in the first quarter of 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Custer Park for 2017 was $3,513.71. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,370. This marks an increase of 4.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 6%.
