Fairmont home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Fairmont fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,000 - a 10% decrease over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Fairmont in May 2016.
