Cherry Hill home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Cherry Hill fell by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 8.9% decrease over the $230,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cherry Hill in May 2016.
