Shorewood home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Shorewood rose by $18,750 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $238,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Shorewood in May 2016.
