Naperville (Will County) home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Naperville in Will County fell by $2,200 while total sales increased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $417,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Naperville in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Naperville for 2017 was $10,587.52. In 2016, the median sales tax was $10,594.10. This marks an decrease of 0.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
