Naperville (Will County) home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Naperville in Will County fell by $11,944 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,000 - a 3% decrease over the $400,944 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Naperville in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Naperville for 2017 was $10,587.52. In 2016, the median sales tax was $10,594.10. This marks an decrease of 0.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.7%.
