Ingalls Park home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Ingalls Park rose by $70,800 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 195.6% increase over the $36,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Ingalls Park in January 2016.

The median sales tax in Ingalls Park for 2017 was $2,159.94. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,945.70. This marks an increase of 11%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
