Democratic Vincent F Cornelius's election campaign committee, Friends of Vincent F Cornelius, spent $13,922 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cornelius's committee spent the most on palm cards in the quarter, with all those payments ($8,251) going to J. V. Murphy & Associates in Joliet. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cornelius's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
