How did James Reilly spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican James Reilly's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect James Reilly, spent $13,609 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Reilly's committee spent the most on golf outings in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,517) going to Joliet Park District in Joliet. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Reilly's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
