How did John Connor spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic John Connor's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect John Connor, spent $7,345 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Connor's committee spent the most on rent - two months in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,600) going to Giamanco Law Partners in Bolingbrook. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Connor's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
