How did David Garcia spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic David Garcia's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Judge David Garcia, spent $26,212 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Garcia's committee spent the most on advertising - mailers in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,500) going to Union Signs and Printing in Joliet. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Garcia's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
