How did Leroy J Brown spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Non partisan Leroy J Brown's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect First Party for Bolingbrook, spent $9,516 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Brown's committee spent the most on community event for 4th of july in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,731) going to Bolingbrook Golf Club in Bolingbrook. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Brown's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
