Non partisan Leroy J Brown's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect First Party for Bolingbrook, spent $71,914 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Brown's committee spent the most on election day expenses in the quarter, with all those payments ($22,000) going to Rock Consulting Group in New Lenox. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Brown's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
