How did Bill Thoman spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Bill Thoman's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Bill Thoman, spent $5,183 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Thoman's committee spent the most on principal payment, thoman in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,300) going to William Thoman in Plainfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Thoman's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
