How did Leroy J Brown spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Non partisan Leroy J Brown's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect First Party for Bolingbrook, spent $8,256 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Brown's committee spent the most on production media expenses in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,800) going to JT Marketing in Aurora. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Brown's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
