The City of Joliet Fire Department issued the following announcement on March 6.
The Joliet Fire Department's current New Hire Eligibility List will be expiring in December of 2019. As a result, we will begin testing late summer/early fall of 2019 for a new Entry Level Firefighter Eligibility List.
We have three orientation sessions planned for June. If you are interested in a career in the fire service, please plan on attending one of these sessions.
