City of Joliet issued the following announcement on Feb. 21.
Get your nomination in for the 2019 Joliet Historic Preservation Award! Nominations due March 15! This award recognizes properties that have undergone recent exterior and/or interior preservation, restoration, rehabilitation, adaptive use, or sympathetic additions, as well as people who exhibit dedication to the field of historic preservation. Nomination forms can be found on the City’s Historic Preservation Commission website http://cityofjoliet.info/government/boards-commissions/joliet-historic-preservation-commission/annual-historic-preservation-award or can be picked up in the Community Development Department at City Hall.
