Q4 real estate sales report: Joliet

Median prices declined in Joliet over last year, and are down 2.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 526 homes sold in Joliet for a median price of $176,750. That's 0.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
