Q4 real estate sales report: Carillon

Re 12

Median prices declined in Carillon over last year, and are up 20.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 10 homes sold in Carillon for a median price of $176,500. That's 12.7 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
