Q3 real estate sales report: Tinley Park

Median prices rose in Tinley Park over last year, and are down 10.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 287 homes sold in Tinley Park for a median price of $207,000. That's 1.5 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, 12 homes in Tinley Park were in foreclosure.
