Q3 real estate sales report: Steger

Median prices declined in Steger over last year, and are down 28.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 35 homes sold in Steger for a median price of $85,000. That's 20.6 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
