City of Lockport issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.
Sergeant Brian Phelan and Officer Dave McDaniel of the Lockport Police Department were presented with Life Saving Awards at the City Council COTW meeting on Wednesday evening. Letters of Commendation were also presented by Chief Lemming to the Lockport Township Fire Protection District.
