Q2 real estate sales report: Frankfort

Median prices rose in Frankfort over last year, and are down 16.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 108 homes sold in Frankfort for a median price of $362,000. That's 5.8 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 3 homes in Frankfort were in foreclosure.

Median property tax for homeowners in Frankfort was $8,561.99 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.5 percent of their home's value in taxes.
