State House race: Democrat Walsh wins voter tally in Joliet Township Precinct 7

Lawrence "Larry" Walsh, Jr. led Republican Rick Laib in votes cast in Joliet Township Precinct 7 for the District 86 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Walsh appeared to outpace Laib by a margin of 76.3 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
