State House race: Republican Laib wins voter tally in Channahon Township Precinct 5

Rick Laib led Democrat Lawrence "Larry" Walsh, Jr. in votes cast in Channahon Township Precinct 5 for the District 86 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Laib appeared to outpace Walsh by a margin of 4.2 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
