In the House District 86 race Republican Rick Laib lost to Lawrence Walsh Jr.
Democrat Lawrence Walsh, Jr. has been declared the winner in the House District 86 race against Republican Rick Laib.
With 96 percent of the precincts reporting, Walsh had 71 percent of the vote with a total of 20,152 votes.
Laib received 29 percent of the vote with a total of 8,369 votes.
